IMPORTANT:

Please know what is on your credit reports before you start looking for a rental. If you have any negative items such as: Judgments, Delinquent Accounts, Collections, Repossessions, Foreclosure, any one of these or a combination of these will make it almost impossible for me to help you, even with a co-signer.

I find that most people that have credit problems have better luck looking on there own for rentals. They are able to deal directly with the owner and explain their situation and some owners won’t require a credit check. If you haven’t seen a recent copy of your credit, you can pull up a copy online or call the 3 credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, and Equifax) to get copies. Be sure you check all three reports because sometimes the information reported on each is different.

Fee:

I do charge a service fee, this is for locating properties that meet your criteria, Setting up appointments and showings of the property and Submitting your applications and documents to the listing company for review/approval. This fee is due at our first meeting.
